A prolific performer, entertainer, singer, and musician from an early age, he had many great albums and singles and influenced the direction of soul music. My favorite album is I Was Made To Love Her, Tamla 279. Stevie has recorded for over 40 years going strong, and is an American icon. He was and is a musical visionary, who mixed genres and wasn't afraid to experiment. Who doesn't love watching Stevie perform live, dark sunglasses on, head hung back, totally emersed in his music?
