This great tune is on the Spar label.  Spar was a vehicle for Nashville session guys to do cover songs under no name talent for a budget label.  The actual A side to this is Wasted Years which is an example of them doing a current tune to make a buck.  Baby Lay Your Love On Me is pretty rockin though and was probably done in 1962.  This tune is up for Buy It HERE
